System Description and Objectives

Wave Rider is a trend following system. It looks for stocks that are in the early stages of a new uptrend, and typically holds them until the uptrend runs its course. The system will occasionally sell a stock early, however, in cases where the stock has experienced a recent price surge, capitalizing on windfall profits.

Like the other Trade 4 Cash Pro systems, Wave Rider primarily purchases mid-cap, small-cap, and micro-cap stocks. The stocks appearing in this system, however, are usually less volatile than stocks held by the Trade 4 Cash volatility systems, so drawdowns and large equity swings are held to a minimum. The system only trades during bull markets, and waits patiently with its cash during bear markets, preferring to preserve capital during volatile periods.
